I did try this and there are lots of output during startup but no output when I generate the
error by performing refresh on the GAL. Not sure if that output is useful?

Here is the odd thing though, in one of my test runs it actually connected to GAL and
managed to download all contacts is the GAL. Next few runs the error was back and stay there.

Don't get a solution out that bug but it seems like libsoup is important and I am
using 2.58.2. I will rebuild it just to make sure it is built correctly.
