for the moment you need to post the output of

  pacman -Q evolution evolution-data-server

instead of what is shown by  Help > About  or  evolution -v .

Arch Linux maintainers build _all_ GNOME packages from git commits, see
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/53840#comment157176 .
