Mr. Klapper: There appears to be a mutation of the bug: Evolution 3.20.5 did not start correctly after reboot. The mutated bug was tied directly to gnome-key-daemon. Everything the same as you wrote. However, when I killed gnome-keyring-daemon and restarted evolution, evolution miraculously performed correctly.
