why do you need to know where the internal evolution data for Edit
->Preferences->Mail Preferences->Labels is? (Thanks to Ralf for the
translation in the other subthread of this message.)

Is there anything you want to do, which the current UI cannot offer?
There is no export/import the list, but apart of that it's otherwise
sufficient, no?
