Thank you, Pete. Here is what I received when I entered the command string you suggested:
pdfstudio9.desktop
However, when I go to open a PDF attachment, I get:
Save As
Open With Other Application...
When I click on Open With Other Application, I get
everything installed including ClamTK and MS Windows
applications installed under CrossOver, but
pdfstudio9.desktop.
I suspect that this is a Ubuntu problem and I am going to post on Ubuntu forums.
John

Before I switched to Ubuntu 15.04 to use evolution 3.16.0, evolution
knew to use PDF Studio Pro to open PDF documents. Files (Nautilus) is
using the correct program. What do I need to do to set it to use PDF
Studio Pro to open PDF attachments?
AFAIK Evo use the XDG standards to open files - what does
xdg-mime query default application/pdf
say?
