[Evolution] keyboard

Hi!

I have Evolution 3.12.10 on GNOME 3.14.2. I was KMail and Alpine(Pine)
user but now I am learning Evolution and I have problem to learn how to
use keyboard to read my emails.
I have many filters which works very good and email is in separate
directories (folders).
What I do:
Use mouse to click on folder1 than click on the first email, read and if
is text too long I need to click on the message part and if I going to
the folder 2 again click and click and click...
Are there any faster option to avoid mouse, please?
