Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s).

Hello,
my provider (mail.de) supports on March only port 993 with SSL/TLS and
legitimacy in plain text (only plain text). In Evolution, I can only set
port 993 and SSL/TLS. But then under legitimacy plain text is not available.
(Legitimacy = "Authentication")
What can I do?
What happens if you set the Authentication dropdown to "Password"?
