[Evolution] HTML stripped when replying to HTML messages

Evo 3.10.4

When I reply to an email containing this in the message body:

<div style="white-space: pre">Dear So and So,

Did you get my mail?

</div>

Evo turns that into:

<BLOCKQUOTE TYPE=CITE>

    <FONT COLOR="#333333">Dear So and So, Did you get my mail?

</FONT>

</BLOCKQUOTE>

ie. it strips the html and the <div> block gets truncated with no newlines.

Is there a way in Evo to preserve such html tags?
