I do not like "fixing" issues by removing features. For example, if
someone finds anything broken in CalDAV, should we just drop the CalDAV
support? Definitely not, thus let's do the same with NNTP. Its "only"
issue is sending messages there, you still can read from it. As this is
minor, its priority is pretty low, with compare to other
evolution/-data-server parts, thus brokeness in IMAPx and similar
(always) get above this NNTP part, which doesn't mean that it will not
be fixed (one day, even, maybe, by a new contributor, whom will spend
his/her time on finding exact issue, which might be more or less simple
overlook during some other rewrites).
