Evo 3.10.4 is one of the versions affected I think - try changing the
account to use STARTTLS in the IMAP settings rather than SSL.

If your ISP doesn't support STARTTLS, then you will need to either
change your mail provider or upgrade Evo to the most recent 3.12.x
version - how you do that is dependent on your distro.
