I didn't find issue in bugzilla and added this one before you reply:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=740835
I also tried to compile version 3.13, but it seems to have many dependencies that are not available for "stable" Fedora, so I gave up ).
According to your advise, I will try to use Thunderbird, thanks)

Hello!
I have a problem with replying to mails from Outlook. I hope that somebody can help me, because this problem going to make usage of evolution impossible for me.
I use evolution in company where everybody uses Outlook. Mail server is Exchange. When I replying to message or
forwarding, previous message changes: after each line in editor appears new empty line.
Hi, this is a known issue and you can find some bug reports on this if you search the evolution bugzilla. This is due to the gtkhtml element used in earlier Evolution versions. There's a new webkit based editor in the last versions (ie 3.13.8). Although this works well, we are generally recommended by developers to wait for 3.14 series. If you know how to compile Evolution yourself, you can give it a try.
While waiting for 3.14 to be released and your distro to catch up with it, if this is very important for you, I recommend you stick with Thunderbird (imap) + EWS Calendar add-on (
https://github.com/Ericsson/exchangecalendar/releases), or Thunderbird with Exquilla (
https://exquilla.zendesk.com/home) for full EWS access to Exchange Server.
Br,
Emre
