[Evolution] Evolution 3.13.3 -- Dictionaries

Where are the dictionary files located in 3.13.3? When I attempt to correct misspelled words (red underline), I am given choices; but if the word is not in the dictionaries (English, American English) there is no way to add new words. I could do this with the earlier version of Evolution I was using.
