Thanks for the help.

I've already done what you suggest below.  There were quite a few boxes
to check.  I posted my question because I thought there might be a
simpler way to do it.

Also, it is not necessary to uncheck the box authorizing showing
subscribed folders as several people, you included, have suggested.  It
is possible to get a complete list of available folders by using Manage
Subscriptions, as I noted previously.  That seems simpler to me.
