[Evolution] Can't setup evo for new user

running Ubuntu 13.04 with Evo 3.8.3

(Had previously run "add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3;
apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade" to upgrade to Evo 3.8.2, recently received update to 3.8.3).

Created a new unix account called "evotest"

Logged in, ran "evolution" in xterm:

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
