In the mail folder list in the left pane of Evolution.
You'd drag from the Inbox etc of "On This Computer" to the Inbox etc. of
a separate (new) IMAP account.

First on the server of your mail provider (to have an IMAP account there
that you then can access from Evolution), and then in Evolution (see
http://library.gnome.org/users/evolution/3.6/mail-account-manage-imap-plus.html ).
