[Evolution] Message attachments not present (mostly)

Since upgrading to evolution 3.6.x I have not been able to see / download message attachments. The paperclip item is present but I need to use OWA to actually access the attached file(s).
Currently running 3.6.2 on Ubuntu 12.10.
In a possibly related note, message size column shows message size = 0 for _all_ messages.
