[Evolution] One of my IMAP folders not showing

Hi all. I'm using Evolution 3.6.0 in Mint Cinnamon 14. However, this
problem has happened in various other (older) versions of Evolution, on
various other platforms, as well.

I'm connecting to my IMAP server (hosted by my ISP) using IMAP+. My ISP
has a built-in spam filter which will put (most of) my spam into an IMAP
folder "spam". This was pre-created for me and I have nothing to do
with it, and the name seems to be hardcoded.

When I use the webmail client(s) provided by my ISP, I can see this
folder (along with all my other IMAP folders). However, Evolution does
not display this folder (although it does display all my other folders,
that I created myself).

I was using Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3 a few weeks ago, and that
version of Evolution _could_ see this folder and manage its contents
without any trouble. I don't have access to that system anymore though.

I've verified this by creating a brand new account (in fact, I
reinstalled this entire system from scratch, for other reasons, then
configured the IMAP account in Evo with no restore of previous
settings).

Any tips or help for debugging/investigating this issue?

Thanks!
