[Evolution] Resizing windows

Hi, I'm using Evolution 3.8.1 on Arch Linux x86_64. When I open up
Evolution the windows is always very small and I have to resize it, same
with any other window such as new message, etc. Is there any way to have
Evolution open up to the size I set it to?
