is there any logic in evo with regard to clearing cached items?
I ask because this morning I discovered that I had ~53000 items in

./cache/evolution/mail/1351002422 17754 3 raker2/folders/Inbox

Cache folders are removed along with accounts now, but otherwise they
just accumulate gunk forever. It's a long standing feature request to
limit the size those things can grow to.

What will happen when manually remove everything in ./cache/evolution ??

My one-liner removed everything in ~/.cache/evolution/Mail yesterday,
but I restarted Evo and don't seem to have lost anything, except that it
took a little while to re-sync. Which is what you would expect from a
cache after all.

Sorry, bad description of my attempt: I'd delete all the directories
in ./cache/evolution not looking at files at all ...
Anything bad will come over me ?
