Re: [Evolution] Migrating data from Evolution 2.28 to 3.6

Thank you very Matthew,

I would try that, but unfortunately I already removed the new Xubuntu
and though Evolution 3.6. Another problem would be that my email
provider reserves only 50 MB of space on the servers for my account, so
this would not work either. I think I would need a way to convert these
files.

Best regards,
Thomas

I would like to do it the other way around. I was using Evolution on an

the Evolution 3.x data back to Evolution 2.x?

I'd suggest transferring your data to some 3rd party IMAP/CalDAV/CardDAV
service, be that Google or your own locally installed servers. Then you
can transfer the data back to Evolution 2.x or any client really (or you
could just leave the data on the server permanently and not be chained
to a particular client).
