Hi Andre, when I right click on the folder "evolution-maillist" and choose "mark emails as read" than the mails loose their not-read status. If I perform the same action on the news folder "computer.text.tex", they stay unread. I have to use "select all" "Ctrl-K" to change the status to read. Which other information do you need? Bernhard
