        Hi,
since 3.1.1, after Dan's changes in bug [1], the templates can contain
much more than just predefined set of key-value pairs, you can get
values from the email you are applying template on. See bug [1] for more
information.

The plugin had been moved to standard plugins since 3.5.2.
