Hi,
My evolution does not start. The problem is the Calendar part.
When I start evolution, I get:
-------------------
$ evolution
(evolution:18563): libecal-WARNING **: e_cal_client_new: Cannot get
calendar from factory: Timeout was reached
(evolution:18563): libecal-WARNING **: e_cal_client_new: Cannot get
calendar from factory: Timeout was reached
(evolution:18563): calendar-modules-CRITICAL **:
e_cal_shell_sidebar_add_source: assertion `client != NULL' failed
(evolution:18563): libecal-WARNING **: e_cal_client_new: Cannot get
calendar from factory: Timeout was reached
(evolution:18563): calendar-modules-CRITICAL **:
e_cal_shell_sidebar_add_source: assertion `client != NULL' failed
-------------------
I use one read-only webcal calendar and four caldav (davical) calendars. I
can't kill e-calendar-factory without using -9. If I do a kill -9, stop
evolution, and restart evolution, it works.
I tried this: http://www.samlesher.com/tag/delete-evolution-settings , and
set up my accounts again. This worked for about an hour, now it is broken.
Please help, thanks,
Karlo
