When using quoted style email responses is it possible to put quote down
a few lines and start typing at the top? So, I don't have to hit
carriage return twice and then the up arrow before I start typing my new
message?
You should type *below* the quoted text, or do you read a book page from
bottom to up?
And you should trim (i.e. remove) unnecessary quoted text;
HIH (I know, it does not help; but never give up hope)
