Yeah, under 3.4/dconf it's:

/org/gnome/evolution/mail/mark-seen
/org/gnome/evolution/mail/mark-seen-timeout

(schema: org.gnome.evolution.mail)

We've flattened the hierarchy a bit, but things are arranged roughly the
same as they were in GConf.
