[Evolution] Current status of palmos sync?

Hi, I'd like to ask whether anything has changed with the palm-pilot
conduits for evolution 3.0.1. Specifically whether birthdays are
synced now (they weren't a while back, hence I'm now using a very
roundabout syncml based way).
