[Evolution] ? querying Google contacts results in following error message

Hi evolution users.  Recently upgraded from 2.30.? to 2.32.2.  Whenever
I query for a particular contact of type Google a window appears with
the following message:

Unable to perform search.

The backend for this address book was unable to parse this query. A
required property of a <entry/gContact:userDefinedField> element (@key)
was not present.
