I'm aware of markdown - I just don't see the relevance in relation to
e-mail. Unless the received can display Markdown; why not just compose
in and send HTML? [assuming text/plain is not sufficient]. There is a
pretty good HTML editor included in Evolution. Markdown is just another
abstraction to achieve the same end.
