Inside evolution when right clicking an email address in an email or
clicking on a mailto url in another app, evolution fails to open a
compose window.
Apparently the Tracker plugin is preventing this from working. When I
turn it off, mailto urls and right clicking email addresses in evolution
open a composition window.
Did you file a bug report about this in opensuse's bug tracker?
I can imagine that it's
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=629377 which is missing the
info about tracker, if you feel like adding it...
