Seems like it should always be encouraged to go as far up-stream as
possible - to the source [no pun intendend, ok, maybe it was intended].

As a mere user I've really noticed an up-tick in activity related to
Evolution and related components [after what seemed a long period of
moribund].  Everyone's efforts are much appreciated.
