[Evolution] New Evolution User Documentation merged

I have just merged the new (Mallard based) Evolution user docs into the
Evolution code base. They should be included from version 3.1.5 on.

(As a side effect, context sensitive help buttons in Evolution are now
broken. I plan to fix them soon.)

@Translators: I have merged previous translations.
Further translation contributions very welcome, and also bug reports (in
bugzilla.gnome.org, product Evolution, component User Documentation,
version 3.1) about my typos.  ;-)
