        Hi,
it's usually easier to track things like this within bugzilla, and with
pasted backtrace of a hang evolution, to see where it got stopped, but
from the above I guess it's bug [1]. The problem is that this is not
from evolution, but from gdk-pixbuf, evolution only tries to draw your
MSN and YAHOO contact icons in the preview pane. If you remove one (or
both) of them, then it'll be running fine.
