That's where it lives on Ubuntu as well. At least on 10.10. I'm not sure whether 10.04 had it as well and in the same package.

$ dpkg -L evolution-data-server | grep factory
/usr/lib/evolution/e-addressbook-factory
/usr/lib/evolution/e-calendar-factory
