I configure mine as: Server Type = Local Delivery, set up the
appropriate path, and it just works. I've never tried setting it up as a
"Standard Unix mbox spool file".

Run it as:

        CAMEL_DEBUG=all evolution > DEBUG-LOG 2>&1
