Clear your profile
~/.evolution/mail/mapi/<account>
Then install ppa:jacob/evo230
Clear your profile again (just to be sure :) )
~/.evolution/mail/mapi/<account>
Then everything shows up fine!
Bug closed, invalid.
Hopefully the ubunty guys backport the patch.
