[Evolution] Having difficulty with Evolution 2.30.1.2_3 getting OWA Calendar (Free BSD 8-Stable)

The Exchange server is Excahnage 2000.

I'm able to receive mail with Evolution using the Exchange OWA Protocol, 
however it is unable to fetch any calendar information. Looking at the 
output it seems as though e-calendar-factory is not loading the Exchange 
plugin.

The current versions I have installed are:
FreeBSD 8.0 STABLE
evolution-2.30.1.2_3
evolution-data-server-2.30.1_2
evolution-exchange-2.30.1_1

I've attached the output I captured from running evolution. Any ideas on 
how to solve this problem?
