[Evolution] IMAP namespace

Hi,

I have read many posts regarding the IMAP namespace and evolution, but
none of them seem to solve the problem.

I have evolution 2.22.3.1 connecting to a courier with maildir and I
want that the inbox is in the same level as the subfolders.

Courier is reporting:

* LIST (\HasNoChildren) "." "INBOX.test"
* LIST (\HasNoChildren) "." "INBOX.test2"

But in evolution shows test and test2 as subfoders.

Any hint ?
