If you just mean merge the contents of one .evolution directory into
another, rsync is probably the easiest way, but make sure Evo is
turned
off while doing it (evolution --force-shutdown). See the FAQ
(Help->FAQ)
questions on backing up Evo for more on what to watch out for,
particularly gconf stuff.

If that's not what you mean, please explain.
