[Evolution] MAPI connector with exchange 2003

I am trying to get evolution to work with exchange 2003 using MAPI connector. My mail and the global address book work well but I can't get the calendar to work. I have some meetings that were created using Outlook before I started to use evolution but only some of them (very few) show up in evolution calendar. 

Should MAPI connector work with Exchange 2003? Have anybody got calendar to work in this configuration and how?


I am running Fedora 12 with the following set of evolution specific packages:
