I don't have an Exchange server around to test anymore; but isn't
Exchange 5.5 *really* old?
2.26 includes "Exchange MAPI" which is supposed to support Exchange
2007. But the docs at
<http://library.gnome.org/users/evolution/stable/usage-exchange.html.en>
only mention 2000/2003.
It does contain the clause:
<quote>
Evolution Exchange works only with Exchange 2000 and later, and requires
that Outlook Web Access be enabled. Each user needs a valid Microsoft
Exchange server account, including a license.
</quote>
I don't see anything about older versions - but hasn't Microsoft been
playing merry hob with the Exchange communications protocols? [changing
every version].
