[Evolution] Unencrypting a Received Message

I'm having a problem with unencrypting a received message.

We already exchanged public passwords, but evolution doesn't ask for
the password of the private key, as stated in [1].

However, it signs and verify the signatures very well.

Evolution 2.26.3, Fedora 11 i686
