Hi,
i am new to this list,
My professional background is usability and I started with ubuntu a
month ago and I would like to contribute to the usability of
Evolution.
Is this the right mailing list for discussing ideas?
Here and on http://bugzilla.gnome.org, product Evolution.
My first contribution would be:
Adding colours to different categories in the calender:
when adding a new appoint in the Calendar, one can choose a categorie,
e.g birthday, business etc and add a nice icon like a cake, suitcase
etc.
But nevertheless all the appointments in the calendar appear in the
colour "blue" - this makes it hard to distinguish all the categories
by just skimming over them.
I know outlook has the colour-feature and many people love it.
What do you think about making this work for Evolution, too?
See
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=308815
and to make it easy for you, start with comment #38.
Bye,
Milan
