I can imagine a solution where you mount c_drive/Documents and settings
under /home. This way your all your $HOME stuff will be done on NTFS,
using both OSes. On window$ you need to point Evo to use c:
\Documents...\username\.evolution as its working folder. I have never
tried anything like this - only thinking about it for about year, but
had no time to try it out. Good luck and let us know if it works.
P.S. Exactly the same way you can mount only ~/.evolution directory
instead of whole $HOME
