[Evolution] Edit contacts?

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to evolution, but for some reason can't seem to find how to edit
contacts. I see the "contact editor" when adding a contact, but would
like to add more info to existing contacts. 
I can't believe it isn't there someplace, I just done see it.

Please advise
