[Evolution] SVN HEAD evolution consumes entire cpu and becomes unresponsive - locked in Checking folder consistency

SVN head.
On startup evo status bar notes that it is checking folder consistency.  Evolution takes 95-100% of cpu.  
Consistency status never
goes over 4% or 5% complete. Evolution is non-responsive.

anyone else running SVN head experiencing this?
