Filters appear broken in svn head. Manually calling a filter results in
the error message:
Error while Filtering Selected Messages.
No provider available for protocol 'email'
Back in the good old days (i.e. Evo 1), that error always indicated that
the filter couldn't find the folder it was supposed to filter things
into. Don't know if it is still the case in this modern new era.

Sounds a bit like
http://www.go-evolution.org/FAQ#Why_do_I_get_the_message_.22No_provider_available_for_protocol_email..22.3F
I had to remove my filters.xml and recreate my filters to remedy this.
I'm guessing the precursor to this was rebuilding from svn head and upon
restart evo had no recollection of any of my previous email account
setup ( i had to re-define all my email accounts as if this was a new
installation ). Not sure what caused that.
