I guess it's some kind of race between locks during all these
operations. Would you mind to install debug info packages (I guess you
have already), and attach gdb to the running evolution process and do
'thread apply all bt" there?

Anyway, I think it finished for you once, with the "Error storing
folder" before, maybe this is the other issue from the initial?

I guess we should rather move to the http://bugzilla.gnome.org with
this, to have it better trackable, what do you think?
