[Evolution] How to set up printer page margins?

Dear list,

When using evolution to print messages the upper and left margins are
too small. Where can I change them, I have not found any menu item to do
this. Furthermore, setting the default page size in "Page setup" to A4
does not stick, at the second printing letter size is back??

Evolution version is 2.22.3.1-1
