[Evolution] Customizing Evolution Wide View for reduced visual noise

Is there any way to customize the "Wide View" to make it look more like
MS Outlook 2003?
1) Message subject color.
2) Message grouping by day.
3) Use OpenOffice.org Writer for composing messages.

Currently, both the SENDER & SUBJECT are displayed with regular text
color "BLACK".

I am suggesting the email SUBJECT text should use a more lighter or some
shade of the "GRAY" color.

Bottom line, the Wide View should be customizable. This would reduce the
visual noise/clutter.
