there is no "official" evolution 2.22 for opensuse10.3.
but there are some evolution-repos under repos.opensuse.org/home:/

i found the following for example:
http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/opensuse/repositories/home:/srinidhi:/evolution-unstable/openSUSE_10.3

but these repos don't have the evolution-exchange-connector.

i built the version 2.22 by myself from the sources.
